Ramadan is fast approaching. May Allah let us reach it. Aameen

With the blessed month of Ramadan just around the corner, we should be implementing actions for your health, wellness, and spiritual growth before Ramadan arrives.

It’s not about spending hours in the kitchen preparing, cooking food and sleeping all day, because our lives and activities should not stop, like working, classes, etc.

It’s about drawing closer to Allahu subhana wata alaa in all our actions. When we totally remove ourselves from our beneficial activites and not continue, but increase in good, it becomes harder to continue action we increased in during the month, after Ramadan has finished. As we don’t have the ability to do both.

There are always improvements and lessons learned from the previous years. Alhamdulillah.

I've created a free mini productivity journal designed specifically for busy Muslimahs and mums like you and me, to help you prepare for Ramadan with intention, mindfulness and routine. You don't want to get into new habits or increase current habits and burnout within the first 2 weeks. This is about becoming more productive and creating routines through habits that you can start now, become cemented during Ramadan and become auto pilot after In shaa Allah.

Buttttt, this isn't just for before Ramadan. This is to be used for everything. As busy Muslimahs if we are not organised and have a routine that we follow the majority of the time, it will be very difficult to gain momentum and evolve.

Our goals should be to become a better Muslimah everyday. Don’t you agree?

As a busy mum I get quiet confused and overwhelmed if I don't write things down. Especially if i'm trying to remember the other 50 tasks I have today, this week and up a coming deadlines. I feel like a 'headless' chicken going all over the place with no direction.

This will help prompt, guide and introduce ways to help you increase your productivity and get your workout in, have time to cook a quick healthy meal, ponder over the Qur'an and more In shaa Allah.

When beginning anything new, you have to go all in. Have the intention to not give up. Make dua for Allah subhana wata ala to help you. Keep in contact or up to date with sisters, emails, newsletters, events, apps, etc that can help remind you and keep you motivated.

Having one foot in and one foot out doesn't last.

I know sis, it's a battle. There are areas of my life that I don't have in order as I would like, but I see it as every minute that Our Lord gives me is an opportunity to try my best. Sometimes I may not feel as enthusiastic, however, I try again after a pep-talk to myself.

This journal is packed with prompts, tips, and tools to help you.
