    Crafting your personalised plan with actionable and manageable steps to develop your selfcare routine, healthier habits to set and achieve your goals based on the initial consultation. This will include a tailored health and wellness plan including nutrition, fitness and lifestyle goals to move forward with. You will receive recommend recipes, ingredients to increase, swap and reduce. Plus, we'll have a follow-up call to check your progress and provide feedback to keep you on track.

6 weeks ~ An opportunity to discuss all areas of your lifestyle including addressing any concerns and struggles and create a personalised plan to help evolve and implement positive changes.

  • Initial consultation strategy call 45 mins + midway coaching call 30 mins to find out what is going well or may need to be adjusted/ changed

  • 7 days food diary overview

  • 7 day Fitness Plan with fitness advice

  • Wellbeing and lifestyle recommendations for creating healthy, beneficial habits and routines.

  • Mindset worksheet in 3rd week + email check-in
