What Is This
This isn't another class you'll sign up for and forget about.
This is 45 minutes, once a week, for 5 weeks — where you actually show up, move your body, and leave feeling like yourself again.
Pilates and LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) combined means strength, core work, cardio and recovery — all in one session. No jumping around for an hour. No feeling out of place. Just effective, purposeful movement in a space designed for women like you.
