Sis you are a Striver! You have some basic tools. You have the outfit. With some help you will be on a go in shaa Allah.
I have some tips for you to start with; Create a schedule that is relatively on track, besides when we as busy Muslimahs and mums, I know we can get side tracked and as tests are always going to be upon the path in this life, we don’t always go at a pace that we would like, but still try in shaa Allah. However, you know what you’re doing or do, more or less everyday. This is the first thing to make clear on paper/diary/device.
Then look at your ‘why’! Why are you taking the steps to better your health, fitness and mindset? What is the benefit when you do? What could happen, without being naive, to you if you don’t look after your wellbeing? Whatever the reason is, keep it at the forefront of your mind so it becomes a part of your conscious and subconscious thoughts that generate good actions. Over time they become actions that are easy because a habit has now been produced from doing those things that were challenging at the beginning, but no longer cause you to over think, but just do.
Nothing in life is easy as Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى tells us Surah ankabut 29:2.
أَحَسِبَ ٱلنَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوٓا۟ أَن يَقُولُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَ ٢
Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried?
So struggles are the steps of the dunyah. This life. So strive for greatness in everything that you do sis. Even if you don’t think you are great but, you are trying your hardest to produce results, doing it with the intention of bettering yourself as a muslimah and trying to attain the pleasure of Allah. B’iithnillah ta ala you will gain the rewards from our Lord as He tells us.
Download the workout sis and set an alarm for you to do this 3-5xs for a week. If you are not sure of the exercises, click on the name of the movement and a demo will come up of how to perform that particular movement correctly, including the form. But to be honest, I believe that you know what they are, Alhamdulillah. Once the week is complete let me know how it went. Every time you do a workout, aim to make every movement stronger than the workout before. I want you to focus on form and make your tempo (speed) faster. This will increase cardiovascular and stimulate your system to working harder and test your ability to keep your technique tight under a little bit more pressure, while bringing you out of your comfort zone.
When you begin the stacker workout, choose a habit that you want to change or remove to start implementing on the same day. Do this for a few days strictly and then stack another habit that you want to introduce, if you feel ready.
And I'm here to help you leverage and strive to bring your lifestyle plan to materialise and break through to create the success that you are trying to achieve. Making sure you are the most successful version of yourself. Building a plan that works for you and a plan that converts you and you fall in love with yourself again or more. Feel good and evolve into a stronger, healthier muslimah.
