Sketch you in! As advised sis, take a moment to put pen to paper. Any, which way that you feel you can get some minutes for this, do so! It does mean you will have to step out your comfort zone for a second, but believe me, it will be worth it, in shaa Allah. Wake up earlier, stay up just a little later or lock yourself away for this.
Get a paper and a pen, pencil, colour, anything you prefer to write with. If you prefer to use a devise, go ahead! Whatever will make it easy for you to make a birdseye view map of what you do daily and the rough times that you do those things. Wake up and get ready, leave for work, get children ready, etc, whatever it is that your day is packed with, write or type it down. Don’t stop until it’s done sis! Our aim is to get to the next chapter of this journey in finding that time ‘that you do have’, in shaa Allah.
Once this is done, not in your head boo. Actually actioning those step please! (giggle). Honestly you will see so many space or time that you have nothing down. I don’t mean the spaces for your salah (prayer). I mean the times before you leave the house. The time before the house wakes up. The time that something can be put to the side for a second so you can care for your engine (smiles)
Now sis….It’s time to put this workout in a space (download is on the left or below). 6 OR 9 minutes movements. With a warm up and cool down, which is a must, will be about 15-20 minutes total.
I’m going to be real with you. There are many things in life that we say we don’t have time for as we are too busy, but when our desires (halal ones) are broken down, and we assess the reality, it’s not really about time, it about your priority.
