Founder of Fitsters. After my third baby I was wrecked. Mastitis, antibiotics, my gut in pieces, and a stomach that didn't look or feel like mine. At my six-week check I was glanced over, told I was "fine," handed a leaflet and sent home. No one checked or advised me about my core properly. No one named the gap down my middle. No-one told me that having issues with this could potentially cause other discomforts.
